Day 1 Windhoek Your tour begins in Windhoek. After a short ‘meet and greet’, you set off to explore the city and its sights. Overnight in Windhoek.

Day 2 Namib Desert You head into the heart of the Namib, where you can admire vast plains, red dunes, imposing mountains and ever-changing landscapes. Overnight in the Namib Desert.

Day 3 Namib Desert Today you set off on a hike through this magnificent setting to discover the wildlife. In the afternoon you take an excursion into the desert through the superb dunes. In the evening you enjoy a traditional sundowner while watching the sun set over the African landscape. Overnight in the Namib Desert.

Day 4 Sossusvlei You set off early in the morning for Sesriem Canyon and then on to the impressive red dunes of Sossusvlei. You venture into the heart of the dunes and climb the sand hills before reaching Deadvlei, a clay pan remarkable for its dead acacias standing out against the white ground. Overnight in Sossusvlei.

Days 5–6 Swakopmund You cross the Kuiseb Canyon and Namib-Naukluft National Park. Today’s destination is Swakopmund. You have the option of quad biking, sandboarding or skydiving (at extra cost). For those who prefer to relax, the town offers numerous restaurants and shops. Overnight in Swakopmund.

Day 7 Skeleton Coast & Spitzkoppe You drive along the Skeleton Coast, an arid strip of coastline bordering the Atlantic Ocean, where several shipwrecks lie stranded on the beaches. You visit Cape Cross, a spectacular breeding site for Cape fur seals, then continue to the famous Spitzkoppe, a group of bare granite peaks in the Namib Desert. Overnight at Spitzkoppe.

Day 8 Brandberg You spend time exploring and climbing the impressive granite rocks of the Spitzkoppe before heading to the Brandberg, Namibia’s highest mountain and a place steeped in history and mystery. Those who wish can join an optional excursion in the hope of spotting the rare desert elephant. Overnight at the Brandberg.

Days 9–10 Etosha National Park In Etosha National Park, you go on safaris and visit various waterholes. Time permitting, you can join an optional sunset safari. Overnight in Etosha.

Day 11 Windhoek Return to Windhoek. End of the trip or individual extension.
