Day 1 Papeete – Nuku Hiva Air Tahiti flight from Papeete to Nuku Hiva. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the village of Taiohae. Overnight at the Nuku Hiva by Pearl Resorts.

Days 2 - 3 Nuku Hiva The coastlines of the Marquesas are rocky, partly inaccessible and unprotected by any reef. Volcanic mountains and deep canyons shape the landscape. On a guided 4x4 excursion, you can discover the wild and romantic island of Nuku Hiva.

Days 4 - 6 Hiva Oa Around midday on day 4, transfer back to the airport and onward flight to Hiva Oa. 4x4 transfer to the Hanakee Lodge. In the afternoon and on the following day, you will take part in guided tours to discover the cultural sights, including following in the footsteps of Paul Gauguin and Jacques Brel, as well as visiting the Taaoa Valley, Puamau and Tahuata. Overnight at the Hanakee Lodge.

Day 7 Hiva Oa – Papeete Morning at leisure. Transfer back to the airport and flight to Papeete.
