We are looking for two new talents to join our team in Montreux

Reservations consultant – tour operating (100 % or by arrangement)

Your tasks

Advising on, selling and organising tailor-made trips to our destinations (Oceania, Southern Africa and Canada/Alaska) for partner travel agencies and private customers
Preparing quotes, booking services and flights, issuing tickets and invoicing
Preparing travel documents and handling the administration of bookings

Your profile

Completed training in tourism, ideally with experience in tour operating
Proficiency in Galileo/Smartpoint, CRM and standard IT tools
Excellent French, good English
A flair for sales and ideally knowledge of at least one of our destinations
An independent, dynamic, versatile and flexible team player

Travel consultant – travel agency (80–60 %)

Your tasks

Advising and selling to our private customers
Preparing personalised quotes and booking tourist services
Handling bookings and building customer loyalty

Your profile

Several years of experience in a travel agency and a talent for sales
Proficiency in MS Office, Galileo/Smartpoint and CETS; Tour Online an advantage
An independent, dynamic, versatile and flexible team player
